Con una jornada que congregó a más de mil asistentes:
- Empresarios, estudiantes, inversionistas y autoridades reflexionaron sobre la reactivación económica del Perú, iniciando en el Cusco.
- La confianza en la estabilidad de la moneda peruana como atractivo para las inversiones fue destacada por el presidente del BCRP.
Cusco, junio 2023. Con alegría y esperanza, a decir de Fernando Romero, presidente de inPERU, culminó el tercer y último día de la jornada de inPERU “Juntos por la reactivación del Cusco y la promoción de inversiones” que congregó a miles de personas, entre estudiantes, investigadores, empresarios y autoridades nacionales, regionales y locales quienes dialogaron sobre la visión de futuro del Cusco. “Si miramos el éxito peruano de los últimos años, se puede verificar que este crecimiento es porque hay inversión y el 80% ha sido privada. Detrás del crecimiento está la inversión y, para que exista inversión, tiene que haber confianza”, agregó Romero.
El presidente del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú, Julio Velarde, destacó como una buena señal la elección del Cusco para el desarrollo de este evento. Por otro lado, indicó que se proyecta que la inflación continúe bajando y alcance al menos el 3% al cierre del año, resaltando que la estabilidad de la moneda peruana es un gran atractivo para los inversionistas, quienes ven con confianza el manejo macroeconómico del país. “Soy optimista frente al futuro, tenemos jóvenes empresarios ambiciosos y dispuestos a comerse el mundo y eso es lo más importante para el desarrollo del país” agregó.
Por su parte, el ministro de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Juan Carlos Mathews, resaltó el potencial de los microempresarios cusqueños del sector quienes sostienen las proyecciones de crecimiento en su objetivo de reactivarse y aprovechar las celebraciones a realizarse en Cusco durante el mes de junio.
En este contexto, empresarios locales pioneros en su rubro contaron sus historias de éxito, enfatizando que una de las grandes satisfacciones de hacer empresa es la de generar oportunidades y puestos de trabajo y así contribuir al desarrollo del país.
Asimismo, el alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco, Luis Pantoja Calvo, anunció que su gestión viene implementando la Oficina de Promoción de Inversión Privada y Gestión de Proyectos de Asociación Público – Privado. Asimismo, saludó a InPERU por el desarrollo de este ciclo de conferencias en su región. “Hoy, reivindicamos este evento como un espacio de encuentro indispensable para dialogar sobre la reactivación de la economía, del turismo y, por ende, de las inversiones”, señaló.
Cabe resaltar que inPERU, es una asociación sin fines de lucro – cuyo principal propósito es promover el desarrollo de los mercados financieros y de capitales nacionales a nivel local e internacional – fundada por por las principales organizaciones empresariales del mercado peruano como APEF, APESEG, ASAB PERU, ASBANC, Asociación de AFP, Bolsa de Valores de Lima, CAVALI y CONFIEP.
