Representante de la plataforma brindó recomendaciones en evento UTP.
En el marco del conversatorio “TikTok como herramienta para crear tu marca personal”, organizado por la Universidad Tecnológica del Perú (UTP), Cristina Presutto, Client Partner Lead de TikTok, compartió algunas recomendaciones.
La especialista explicó que “hablar de marca personal es hablar de una construcción a largo plazo planificada para obtener resultados mensurables ante una audiencia determinada”. Y comentó que “TikTok nace con la idea de democratizar la creación de contenidos y busca generar conexiones entre comunidades de interés”.
En este sentido, Cristina Presutto resaltó algunos de los elementos más importantes para poder crear una marca personal, a través de esta plataforma de entretenimiento:
Tener un propósito. Para poder crear una marca personal, lo primero es definir los objetivos e identificar qué es lo que se va ofrecer y cómo se hará.
Ser auténtico. TikTok es una herramienta que genera conexiones. Por ello, la persona se debe presentar tal como es y trabajar para su marca a partir de los rasgos de su personalidad.
Proyectar consistencia. Es esencial que haya coherencia entre lo que se dice y lo que se hace. La marca tiene que percibirse cohesivamente en todos los puntos de contacto que tenga con su audiencia.
Ser experto. Demostrar el conocimiento y la experiencia puede aportar valor y marcar la diferencia.
Generar comunidad. Es muy importante entender cuáles son las preferencias de la audiencia a la que nos dirigimos, para poder invitarlos a la participar de manera efectiva y poder nutrirnos de su feedback.
Priorizar el “edutainment”. Para TikTok es tan importante educar como entretener, por lo que este punto es fundamental dentro de la plataforma.
“TikTok busca generar conexión y que seas genuino. Entonces, la imagen que proyectes se tiene que sentir y ver real, porque al final eso es lo que tu comunidad está buscando. Lo importante no es la perfección, sino la autenticidad”, concluyó Cristina Presutto.
