¡Operarios con Punche! El Instituto Tecnológico de la Producción (ITP), órgano adscrito al Ministerio de la Producción (Produce), a través del CITEccal Trujillo, logró un importante hito al obtener el reconocimiento del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) para 13 trabajadores en el perfil de Fabricación de Calzado.
En el marco de la campaña «Con Punche Productivo» se tiene como uno de los objetivos fortalecer las capacidades y habilidades de los trabajadores del sector cuero y calzado en la región de La Libertad, promoviendo su inserción laboral y contribuyendo al desarrollo sostenible de la industria.
La certificación de competencias laborales, permite a los empresarios de calzado destacar la experiencia y el talento de sus trabajadores. Este esfuerzo no solo impulsa el prestigio de las empresas en el sector, sino que también les brinda una ventaja competitiva al participar en licitaciones del Estado, donde contar con personal certificado se considera un criterio altamente valorado.
A través del CITEccal, se brindaron capacitaciones especializadas y se fomentó el aprendizaje de técnicas avanzadas en la fabricación de calzado. El logro obtenido por los operarios se convierte en un reconocimiento a su dedicación y esfuerzo por mejorar sus habilidades y adquirir nuevos conocimientos en el campo de la fabricación de calzado.
Gracias a la formación recibida, estos trabajadores se encuentran preparados para enfrentar los desafíos del sector y contribuir al crecimiento y competitividad de la industria del cuero en la región.
