Perfiles para las tres quebradas de Trujillo están listos
En una semana el Gobierno Regional de La Libertad terminará de revisar los estudios preliminares que servirán para la convocatoria a elaboración del expediente y ejecución de la obra de solución definitiva a los problemas ocasionados por la activación de la quebrada El León ante la ocurrencia de lluvias en la parte alta de su cuenca.
El estudio permitirá que se convoque a la elaboración del expediente técnico y la ejecución de la obra mediante la modalidad de gobierno a gobierno, facilitando así la reducción de plazos para hacer la obra física, dijo el vicegobernador regional Ever Cadenillas.
“Con esto estamos terminando los perfiles para la atención de las tres quebradas de Trujillo, garantizando que en el futuro nunca más la ciudad sea amenazada por huaicos, dando solución definitiva a estos problemas”, puntualizó.
Recordó que las otras dos quebradas: San Ildefonso y San Carlos también cuentan con sus perfiles terminados al cien por ciento. Entre estas dos últimas quebradas se estima una inversión aproximada de S/ 500 millones.
“En una semana debemos estar entregando el estudio completo de la quebrada El León. En estos momentos entamo viendo algunas observaciones”, puntualizó.
La solución definitiva a la quebrada El León demandará unos S/ 1,050’000.00 (mil cincuenta millones de soles). A eso debe sumarse otras importantes inversiones como el drenaje pluvial de la ciudad de Trujillo y otras que suman más de S 2 mil 100 millones, inversión nunca antes registrada en la provincia.
“Con estas obras, Trujillo nunca más recibirá en sus calles esa cantidad de agua que soportó por lo huaicos ocurridos durante el fenómeno de El Niño Costero del año 2017”, acotó.
Por otra parte, Cadenillas dio a conocer que el gobernador Manuel Llempén participaba ayer martes en el GORE Ejecutivo Extraordinario realizado en la ciudad de Ayacucho, donde ante el presidente Francisco Sagasti y el Gabinete Ministerial demandaría mayor financiamiento para atender una segunda ola de la covid-19 y mejoras en el sistema de salud en La Libertad.
Somos una de las regiones que más invirtió de su presupuesto para atender la pandemia, aproximadamente 70 millones de soles, lo que sumado a las transferencias del Gobierno Nacional suman cerca de 120 millones de soles, añadió.
Llempén también exigirá la culminación de la presa Palo Redondo del proyecto Chavimochic, entre otros que implican el desarrollo regional.
