- La firma de contrato para la ejecución del saldo de obra en dicho asentamiento humano está programada para los próximos días.
El Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS) iniciará en mayo el saldo de obra del proyecto de construcción de pistas y veredas en el asentamiento humano Justicia, Paz y Vida, en el distrito de El Tambo, en Huancayo, Junín.
Este anuncio, largamente esperado por la población, se dio a conocer en el marco de una reunión sostenida con funcionarios del Gobierno Regional de Junín, que se llevó a cabo en la sede central del MVCS.
Para concretar este esperado proyecto, en los próximos días se suscribirá el contrato entre el MVCS y la empresa que ganó la buena pro para la ejecución del saldo de obra.
Según la programación del proyecto, la empresa tiene un plazo de ejecución de 180 días calendarios, el cual concluye en noviembre.
El proyecto está valorizado en S/ 17 961 817, de los cuales S/ 17 138 942 son para la ejecución de las obras y S/ 822 875 para la supervisión.
Como parte de los componentes de este proyecto de infraestructura vial y peatonal, se contempla la instalación de 74 778 m² de pavimento, 13 726 m² de veredas, 28 634 metros lineales de drenaje pluvial, áreas verdes, entre otros. Con estas obras, los vecinos del asentamiento humano Justicia, Paz y Vida contarán con un entorno urbano de calidad.
Cabe destacar que el proyecto, que se encuentra paralizado desde el 30 de noviembre del 2018, cuenta con un avance físico del 32.22% y ha recibido, además, financiamiento del Gobierno Regional de Junín y de la Municipalidad Distrital del Tambo.
